Luna was Fortune's killer and attempted to kill Ruin this week. Her killer will confess tomorrow, if they're able, so that we don't waste time.
They don't know who killed Ruin, however.

She...
[ ...... good lord. Yu has to take a moment to process that. Though, he doesn't look floored or anything. ]
You've spoken to her killer, then?
no subject
... I've suspected Luna since the start of this week. Zoe can confirm that. Her killer was someone who knew my suspicions as well.
It'll be pretty obvious tomorrow anyway, since Luna nearly killed them as well.

I had no reason to suspect, but ... somehow, I still can't be surprised. [ there's no reproach or judgment in his voice, just a kind of tiredness. ]
This news will throw things into chaos early... that might be for the best. We'll need to work through it if we're going to focus on catching the other killers.

... She did say some things that made me wonder if she was being more than a devil's advocate, but I didn't expect her to be quite that... [ Brutal? ]
Well, what a tangled web this is that someone else went after Ruin, too. I haven't used my power yet this week, so if we want to use it to help suss out possible guilty parties, I'm willing.
[ It's not the most surefire or ethical method, but it's an option. ]

Though—I do have this.

That's pretty amazing. [ somehow, he can't help a faint smile. ] Dedicated as always, Ray-san.

You're really raising the bar.

[ Yu will fold his arms over his chest, thoughtful. ]
Hopelessly Devoted will be harder to find a practical use for. It may work to force a confession from a likely suspect, or someone who's withholding information to reveal what they know. But we'll have to figure out who to choose and what idea to obsess them with during the trial, without tipping off the others, unless we come up with a plan today.

[ he says it with a completely straight face. is he joking? does he mean it? who knows!
But he'll end up nodding. ]
I was wondering if you all might have a hunch, or any leads.
no subject
I don't have that many leads, but if by some miracle, we end up figuring out more than one case tomorrow, I do have a key to one of the dungeon cells.
[ It's kind of awkward admitting that, but she's putting it out there. ]

[ A beat. ]
But if I wanted to keep it after this week, I had to lock someone up at curfew.

Can you tell us who it is now since it’s going to be obvious, or is there a reason you can’t?
